Cape May County - Wouldn't you think that someone who spent millions of dollars acquiring a barrier island lot, razing the existing structure and building a new plastic covered McMansion could afford to pay for their own flood insurance. Why are taxpayers subsidizing millionaires ? It's about time the one percenters start paying their own way.
