Why is there not a right turning lane when you get off at the Av

Cape May County - Why is there not a right turning lane when you get off at the Avalon exit going north? How do they not see how quickly that exit gets backed up? If people turning left can't go then people turning right can't go then we have a back up of people going up the exit. It scares me sitting up on the turn, worried someone will come flying down and see me at the last minute and bam! I'm okay with driving on the grass on the right like others but many are not. There's plenty of room right there to make a right turning lane. Let's get on this, should have been put in when the exit was made. Get it done!
