Cape May County - When I see a homeless person, my heart speaks to me. I don’t know the story, they don’t know mine. I don’t judge, because I have been judged in the past, not legally. Was it an illness ? We all know our HC system can take everything. Was it drugs? Is it mental illness? I can’t say. What I can say for sure is that these problems have been thrust onto society, by people we paid to prevent this. This did not happen just a few short years ago. What changed? We elected the Democrats. Love him or hate him, this didn’t happen with Trump. We were on the upswing. Leading by force isn’t leadership.
