What is the reason behind changing the time for county commissio

Cape May County - What is the reason behind changing the time for county commissioners meeting? If my thought process is correct all of the commissioners work for the taxpayers/residents,not for your convenience. So,the working person is unable to attend unless,they take off from work but,the county employees who have to attend are getting paid on the taxpayer dime. Hopefully,2 people will run against the 1 business owner & commissioner not seeking re election
