Cape May County - Unfortunately the new pope seems to be as political as the last pope. Do they perhaps not understand the separation of church and state? When speaking about illegal immigration he said he cares about humanity not politics, but if that were true he would care about the women and girls who are US citizens and have been abused, harmed or worse by people here illegally. Perhaps religious figures should stay in their lane and not comment about things they know little about. I was excited about a new pope at first, now that I have learned much more about him I really don’t care at all anymore.
