I agree with all that you say about North vs South Jersey except completing Route 55 as that would be an ecological disaster for our area amd a nightmare for tourism as only so many people can be crammed into a town before it’s unsafe and undesirable to visit. Yogi Berra nailed it with his Yogiism, it’s so crowded nobody goes there anymore. Our roads here can’t handle busy weekends now, you want to add fast arrival of more? Doing this has so many downsides for in my opinion little upside. Remember open spaces? Save the whales? Out the window for money. Money is far from everything.
