Cape May County - So I recently changed jobs due to higher wages and getting tired of overinflated heads of retail management. It is very true what people say about working in retail that you are just a number. I worked at my job for over 15 years. I put in my 2 weeks hoping for my last paycheck. I went to work the next day and I was told I was not needed anymore and thank you. 3 people in one week were let go early all due to switching jobs.
