Cape May County - To the small grey car leaving the Wawa at rt 9 & Sea Isle Boulevard Monday night around 11:18pm, I'm sorry I (big white box truck) upset you by going around you while you were sitting on the driveway apron texting on your phone, seems you need a lesson in driver manners there were NO cars on rt 9 and you were sitting there playing with your phone, then you have the audacity to blow your horn. Put your phone down when you're driving, mature a little.
