SIC spouter, . What's your obsession with pools?

Cape May County - SIC spouter, . What's your obsession with pools? Did you not get to have one as a kid so your angry and are now against people having them? You cry code enforcement but for what? Why do they have to drain their pools at all? I know lots of pool owners, once it's filled that water stays there. They cover it up with a thick heavy cover then clean the water once they open the pool. Does Sea Isle actually make them drain their pools end of season? That's obnoxiously ridiculous. How's this effect you either way?
