SERIOUS question and concern.

Cape May County - SERIOUS question and concern. Cape May county has a drug problem right, so why do businesses here hire REPEAT convicted dealers while they are employing recovering addicts trying to integrate back into the community again??! They are hurting this county by doing so, drug dealing, any body would know is still dealing, but all the parole officers just don't notice either? I'm waiting for the county I pay taxes in to be honest and true to the REAL people that makes these towns go round.
