Cape May County - Saw online where the county planning board director retired after 31 years of service, congratulations. But, the question posed here were the county employees who were in attendance there on their own time or on county time? If in fact ,if those employees were there on county time isn't that theft of time? Is there a policy that allows this practice for these employees? Maybe it is time for the state to come down and audit what this board of commissioners do for certain departments but, investigate other employees from other departments that attend same.
