Cape May County - Read in spout off from someone in SIC that county employees got a 4.5% increase.. Do you think that 4.5% is a great deal of an increases? Wrong! It is no where near the cost of living or inflation. So,if the SIC employees can get more than county employees good for you ,but, don't think that 4.5% for county employees is a win fall.
