It read that the County will have to pay 32 million dollars to the DRBA along with costs to operate said property. If the county has 32 million to pay out then the county should have money to pay their employees who are not making a livable salary. Along with the losing of 30 million at Crest Haven and now having to pay 32 million it seems like a total of 62 million in taxpayers money the commissioners are spending.
