Cape May County - Please help!! I know someone who works in the houses where the disabled people live. She constantly calls me crying after her shift. She tells me that these poor people have no food to eat. The house is dirty. They even run out of toilet paper. I hope someone knows how to fix this. These poor people need help they can’t live on their own. How do we fix this?
