Cape May County - At one point did everyone decide that bicycles no longer have to follow the rules of the road? I wish someone would tell the people of lower Township that bicycles and cars are treated the same on the road, they do not ride on sidewalks, and they do not ride the wrong way. At some point these people on these electric bikes, driving the wrong way down the road in the middle of the night with poor lighting are going to cause an accident and where I come from car beats bicycle every day of the week. I think law enforcement should start an education campaign.
