Cape May County - It's OK for a mother to kill her baby up until birth and many think thats fine. Is it Ok for me to kill you? I would be in jail! Maybe we should change the laws for some people to kill who they want! A Baby's heart is beating after about 22 days of conception. Anything past that in my opinion is murder. Don't want to have a baby? Don't have sex! Use protection or use the "night after" pill. Lets legalize murder, isn't that fair?
