It was great when we had a Commissioner who could get the attent

Cape May County - It was great when we had a Commissioner who could get the attention of our Governor when it came time get help from the State. Now that he has become the Director it seems as though he lost his touch with Phil for the county, he can’t even get Phil to answer he calls to help with rowdy teens or the windmills. Was the Director position worth losing the connection to Trenton?
