Cape May County - If NYC Seizes Trump’s NY Properties today I believe it will be perhaps the largest boost yet to his candidacy, and I believe the U.S. Supreme Court will take action quickly thereafter. It will be all over the News, and the optics will be a serious blow to NY and the democrats. By definition, there cannot be fraud unless there is a victim, and everyone involved testified no victim. Trump’s 8th amendment rights have clearly been violated in NY, but the most convincing argument against all these cases is timing. All could have been brought much earlier but weren’t. Why?
