Cape May County - I was dining at an establishment recently, and the lady at the table next to mine was feeding her dog. I told the waiter about the rules, and he said it was a service dog and that she was blind. I remarked that I never saw a Yorkie used as a service dog. She responded to me that being blind, she didn't know what type of dog she had. She just knew it was small, but the dog could do its job. Sounds fishy to me.
