I really wish teachers from out of state especially Pennsylvania

Cape May County - I really wish teachers from out of state especially Pennsylvania would stop moving down the shore and taking teaching jobs away from local college graduates who grew up at the shore and know the community. Not to mention all the taxes their grandparents and parents have paid. Local schools need to hire the kids that come back not older teachers who relocate here until they retire.
