Cape May County - I need help wrapping my head around this, did I just hear that Kamala Harris wants to use tax payers money to pay for transgender surgery for people in prison? I understand the ads are made to get people to not vote for the other party and some are questionable but I have found some to be true. Even the ads that are made by them not saying another bad about the other party aren't true either. So I don't know what to believe anymore. They are in prison with nothing to do, they can use their imagination and pretend they are whomever they want to be, nothing beyond that.
