Cape May County - I know so many homeowners in Cape May County who would like solar and are qualified for it, however they are in a current blackout zone. Why do we have blackout zones? Why are these homeowners unable to receive the same benefits as others in the area. Can we get some transformer upgrades so those who would like to take advantage of the solar incentives are able to?
