Cape May County - I just read where Cape May County is worse in the 7 county area of Southern New Jersey for County Government Transparency Scorecard. Are any Cape May County residents surprised ?. Clearly reflects the competency of our Cape May County Leaders. This could be fixed IF those of us who pay a huge percentage of counties taxes and are second home owners could vote. Majority of CMC voters today may be too old to know what day of the week it is BUT they Vote
