Cape May County - I feel bad for people being saddled with a 17% electric rate hike. Especially the elderly on fixed incomes. If you have the money, rooftop solar payback rate is fairly short. Solar works. If you can, I would. I use it to run two heat pumps. Hardly ever have a bill.Weave fantastic sunshine here. Good luck to all of us.
