Cape May County - I dropped my young daughter off at dance at a facility, and there was a large man eyeing up the children as they walked by into the facility, very creepy. I talked with other moms later and they felt similarly uncomfortable and that this is not the first time either. I was also told that there have been complaints like this in the past. If the facility staff won't do something, maybe the police should investigate. Our children's safety is at stake.
