Cape May County - I’m sad to report that many animals are being abandoned at our southern border, either as pets brought along for a 1,500 mile walk, or Picked up along the way.then abandoned, similar to the mounds of trash water bottles, backpacks and all the other stuff they’ve left behind. Say it isn’t True? There are pictures of dogs scrounging in the razor wire, begging fo scraps of food, sleeping under guard trucks, skittish. It seems animals can’t be admitted. They’re illegal, don’t meet rules. Illegal owners leave them. I learn people from a dogs owner that abandons them and walks right in. More abuse.
