How devoid does one have to be to read what your staff tells you

Cape May County - How devoid does one have to be to read what your staff tells you to say ? At this point in time I really don't care if you're Democrat, Republican, Independent or just someone off the street with a good track record of managing two elderly parents with no health insurance on welfare, This is getting really old and the REAL problem ? Young kids are starting to have no, zero community involvement or even the slightest respect for, I'm quite sure they will come around eventually but the damage is done, this current mess will take generations to level out
