Cape May County - Here is a reverse situation regarding construction "blockage". My employer is building in many CMC locations and there are always vehicles, often delivery or ride people sitting in front of recent construction on the sidewalks and when the owners move in do you think they will put up with your vehicle in front of their entrances with loud music and spewing fumes all day & night? Think again tax evaders!!!
