Cape May County - Going north on Route 9 from Court House is either 45 mph or 50 mph, but for some reason, drivers only go 25 mph. I'm sick and tired of being tailgated because the car in front of me is driving 15 mph under the speed limit. These are the drivers who cause road rage and accidents! Cops need to start pulling over these drivers.
