Cape May County - A federal court judge decided to do away with county line on the ballots and now the CapeGOP Chairman is going to fight it on court. Will he be the attorney that defends the County and will he use county taxpayers money to fight this decision? No taxpayers money should be used to defend this lawsuit it’s not taxpayers fight. NJ is the only state that uses this method. Let’s make the ballots even for all of those that chose to run.
