Cape May County - The expungement program is great, it gives ppl a 2nd chance. Ppl need a 2nd chance w/parenting. Instead of throwing ppl in jail & breaking up families, which causes issues in children, who then become adults with issues & it creates a vicious cycle. I know many families that have been torn a part & separated for the smallest mistake. Help parents become better by putting programs in place. Parents get charged for things that can be fixed. I'm not talking about real abuse cases. Put families back together. Get families out of the woods & out of motels. Make children & families a priority!!
