Everyone complaining about the loss of charm in Avalon, Cape May

Cape May County - Everyone complaining about the loss of charm in Avalon, Cape May, Stone Harbor and all the other resort communities, should put the blame exactly where it belongs and that is with the local residents that allow their towns to sell out their communities to the benefit of developers and real estate interests. I guess they want to make their homes more valuable for resale and do not care about the charm. Unfortunately, second home owners that bought their dream vacation home and unable to vote are being sold out by these selfish residents.
