Due to COVID the Tech high school has turned off the water fount

Cape May County - Due to COVID the Tech high school has turned off the water fountains. I’m sure all schools have done this. However, the kids have no way of filling their water bottles because there are no touchless bottle fillers! How is this legal for Tech to be open? They hand out plastic water bottles but often run out by the end of the week. What then? What about the environment? Health department should look at this! Our county tax dollars are paying for this!
