The county 911 communication center should spend more energy edu

Cape May County - The county 911 communication center should spend more energy educating the population on the use of the 911 system. Too many people continue to abuse 911, using this system to report numerous non-life threatening incidents. Who knows if it's laziness or ignorance on the part of the caller, but someone needs to crack down on the abusers.
