They ban artificial grass, but allow home owners to waste water on Kentucky Blue Grass, use fossil fuel based lawn equipment and spray extremely harmful and toxic chemicals to keep their grass green for two months. Didn’t Cape May ban RoundUp on city owned property but they allow home owner stop pollute the ground and ocean ?
