Are nursing homes checking for black mold?

Cape May County - Are nursing homes checking for black mold? I mean really checking, not just doing walkthroughs with sub par help from HVAC. And, when mold is found, that it is removed, not just cleaned? Black mold causes many illnesses ranging from upper respiratory infections, to causing the elderly to go into psychosis. And, make caregivers very sick. If my family was paying close to $1,200 a month to live in a facility, I would sue if their illness was from black mold.
