Am I the only one who believes that year-round rental prices, in

Cape May County - Am I the only one who believes that year-round rental prices, in this county, are absolutely insane? To live somewhere even close to affordable is Wildwood, and where can one get a job in Wildwood when it's not summer? Dare I say that maybe it's time for some sort of rent control, especially with the cost of living growing higher, as well as a few year-round jobs that offer 40 hours a week?
