Cape May County - To all seniors living in 55 and over communities and condo owners living in planned communities. Please contact the Assembly representative for your district and tell them to vote no on Assembly Bill A3851. If passed, the state will take over your HOAs and fees and taxes will be raised. This bill has already passed the state Senate as S2425. We need to stop it now. It's nothing more than a money grab by the state.
