Why is judge shopping a thing? Why is it allowed to look for a judge, when judgement should be equal for all, using the same set of standards for all, no matter who is in front of the court, no matter the location within the country, with disputes of major concern quickly settled by the Supreme Court, without concern for anything but the facts in the case? What a foolish dare I say stupid way to deliver justice. To allow paid public officials to influence and throw sand, in what should be a smooth, fair process, lawyers most, is at 50th glance still unfair. We’ve gone off the rails.
