Why is it that if subordinates constantly voice concern/issues with a particular Director nothing is done about it? But if blue collar workers do the same right away there is action. Seems as if there is a double standard. If at same time there is a lawsuit against this government entity which allows this type of behavior towards blue collar workers then hopefully,someone will do something to correct this wrong.
