Why is it that the drivers for Fare Free are quitting or retiring? Could it be the lousy pay? In order to operate a bus you,must have a commercial drivers license so,when the starting hourly rate is $15.14 why stay or even apply? Maybe instead of rewarding directors, assistant directors supervisors, personal aides& friends give more more to the drivers,the employees who operate the bus.
