When did Uncle Sam go rogue? Instead of the mostly sane and friendly uncle I knew in the past, I now know him as creepy and untrustworthy. Where once I at least had the impression that my family’s interests were at a minimum occasionally considered, I’m no longer under any illusions that we are even an afterthought to those we pay to protect and help us. It’s time to kick that uncle to the curb because he turned out to be a creep in sheep’s clothing. It’s time for Uncle Sam to learn a harsh electoral lesson from the people who are really in charge, us.
