When Antony Blinken was asked by Congress if the Trump Administration forwarded a plan for leaving Afghanistan to the Biden administration ,he stated no, no plan for withdrawal, which means this debacle lies squarely on Joe's shoulders. A good plan for something like the withdrawal from a foreign country like Afghanistan would take maybe a month, a decent acceptable plan in a week or two, so since Joe has been in office more than 6 months ,what is the excuse for not evacuating civilians before troops ?
