What happens when all the hard working locals at regulars jobs, are pushed out of the area by over priced housing? There are no longer year round rentals to be found. Apartment complexes have waiting lists miles long & in need of updating. If you call a realtor looking for something affordable, you get laughed at! Soon there will be no one working in this county, because there is no place to live! Has any of the higher ups given this any thought. It takes little peons like me working 2 FT jobs, to wait on you in restaurants, stores, etc. If we can't live here, we can't work here!
