To the two Avalon spouters, first to the one suggesting banning contractors I’m wiling to bet if your water heater was out or leaking it would be ok for a contractor to go to “your house”, and the one from NY about having more money, LOL, in an emergency your cash will get you nowhere, I would suggest a military style self Defense / survival course, might at least make you feel better.
