Spout off is more about opinion than fact. The Herald comment standards ask “is it factual”? “Does it unduly discredit or bring harm to others”. Recent spouts I’ve read have have been published with disregard to the aforementioned. The Herald administration says they review all comments and don’t print a lot of submitted comments, they do unless it’s worthy of “click bait”. I know this won’t get printed but this is fact and not opinion. Let’s see if the Herald is as transparent as they say and print this comment.
