Shopping Carts.... The shopping carts have alarms on them. You can walk out the door all the way to your car just fine. What you can't do is take the cart off the stores property, if you try to it locks up. This has to be done bc people seem to think it's okay to steal a stores shopping cart and then leave them wherever they want, miles from the store and that's not okay. People don't want to see empty shopping carts all over town, looks tacky. Before they did this people complained about them. Can't win with you guys, never happy. Darned if you do, darned if you don't.
