Saw a spout off with regards to stipends. Really.. unfortunately stipends are one & done. It is not a raise but,a way of taking care of friends & not those deserving of a raise. Time for the Business Administor to go since it is his authority of monies. But, won't give to those that are working on a pension not, multiple pension/ second job on taxpayers dime
