Saw the salaries online of the County of Cape May employees who hold jobs. for instant say,animal keeper, food server,etc,pathetic. Seems the only employees who are paid a liviable wage,are friends,family & political foes. So,when the union is negotiating a contract for the blue collar employees get more money & not stipends, that are one & done & nothing after a stipend. Also,cost of living wages.
