Savastano seems to be doing the same thing to the OC lifeguards that he is doing to the EMT’s in Sea Isle with their negotiations with their contracts, it seems City Administrator and his team are not really bargaining in good faith but making it look like he and his team are. He has ALL the power in these two towns.
